• Keep your raw meals in freezer, securely packaged, until it’s time to thaw to prevent bacteria growth. To thaw out your raw meals, remove them from the freezer and place them in the fridge (avoid thawing them out at room temperatures above 4°C/40°F due to bacteria growth).

• Once defrosted, scoop and serve, we take care of the rest. All of our meals contain all the necessary components of a balanced and nutritious raw meal for you dog, so there is no need to add or do anything else. Store any unused food closed in the fridge for up to 3 days, at temperatures lower than 4°C/40°F.

• Wash your dog bowls and utensils with warm soupy water after your pup is finished eating. Try your best to avoid leaving your pet’s food out at room temperature for long periods of while feeding (if your dog has not finished eating their meal right away keep it in the fridge until their next meal time). It’s important you do not thaw, refreeze and thaw again raw dog food as this increases the risk of bacteria growth. Treat it like your own piece of frozen steak.
